GDI’s IAMC campus will be a 250,000-square-meter integrated campus that is landscaped and designed to take advantage of the local culture and climate. The campus will also include offices, retail space, parking, and dining as a complement to the rehabilitation hospital, health sciences college, and housing. Mixed-use lifestyle centers have emerged as a way to incorporate working, playing, and living into one user-friendly environment. These master-planned, mixed-use projects combine retail with office, dining, and entertainment components to support workers, residents, and hotel guests on the IAMC campus.

Additionally, there will be set-asides master planned for social infrastructure such as parks, schools, and mosques.
